Mentors

The best way a mentor can prepare another leader is to expose him or her to other great people.

Mentors

Sharing and inspiration are at the core of the learning experience. We believe that the best learning happens with real challenges and exchanging ideas and solutions with real people around a physical table.

While the resources we provide can be used independently, we encorage participants of the programme to meet with experienced developers and get to know their network and environment.

We believe that two people of different backgrounds and with different needs and perspectives stand much to gain by meeting face-to-face, sharing and learning together. //Refugees on Rails centers this experience around technical skill development and professional network growth.
